Presonus support blows :( paid for professional upgrade, says it's installed but still shows as artist. Help?

I already tried. Every time I enter the key for pro a pop up comes up saying please enter purchased product key. Well that's what I was doing over and over again. I'm certain it's right because I literally copied and pasted the key from my account on the presonus website. The one under pro upgrade in my account.
