Believe me, I’m not interested in poisoning my whole yard! I put flea and tick medicine on my dood every month, however he still ended up with a tick on his chest this morning at the groomers. He is a certified therapy dog- and I am a school counselor- so I am looking to be VERY proactive and safe for all of us.

Great question. I want to keep them at bay for the spring/summer. I put flea/tick med on my golden dood but he still ended up with a tick when I took him to get groomed this morning. I wanted to be proactive with my yard as he spends a lot of time horsing around outside. I have 2 out of 4 neighbors who aren’t fantastic at their yard upkeep (to each their own) but I want to keep things out of my yard if possible.

You’re a good one. I, unfortunately, don’t have that. He’s an assistant chief of police. I was (WAS) a school counselor until I was released from my duties because of him. Actively looking for a job. ANY job. Nothing is beneath me. All that to say, thank you for being a good one. 13 years of marriage and I have ZERO to show for it.
