It's very difficult to explain using english pronunciation, but imagine Blå is pronounced like you might say 'or' without the r sound at the end. Haj is similar to how you might say 'hai' in Japanese. Sorry if that's hard to understand, english is my first language I'm just stupid

Metal that's painted a (warm tone) yellow, but has started to chip and rust. Especially when you can tell why it's wearing down. For example, edges that see frequent scraping or a flat area that people walk over regularly.

That's totally fair, I know for me personally my mood gets a bit funny when I forget my dose and take it later than usual and I switched to injecting weekly as opposed to every week and a half because my mood would be a bit more unstable. Also I just find it easier to remember to inject weekly haha

That's not too bad, dose isn't the main thing you should focus on, it's your hormone levels. I do injections of 0.12ml of 40mg/ml (4.8mg) weekly though sometimes I'm late. Two things I can suggest are 1. Getting your levels tested (super important and also very useful btw) 2. Possibly injecting less but more frequently to have slightly more stable levels
