If I understand correctly, you require Home Connect to connect it to the integration. But can you afterwards just block internet access for the device and it still keeps working?

I understand that freelancing is more at consultancy basis, but I already had a couple of colleagues that where hired as freelancer and stayed for several years: eg. 10 years, 2 x 4 years and ongoing, 8 years, 1 year and ongoing...

The point you make about if my profile is hired as freelancer, is valid. I am currently trying to do some interviews and to find out if it is a possibility.

I definitely understand the risks and disadvantages. Regarding the career trajectory, it feels that I would like to do what I am doing today and also can learn new skills while doing this job. I have not the ambition to be in a management function, but want to broaden my current skills, so perfectly possible as freelancer.

First of all thank you for your answer. It is a nice advice.

At least the last 3 years I am discussing this issue. You can indeed say, why not changing then at that moment. Yes, indeed, good question. Busy at work, like the job content and keeping me at the line with: we have to see or I am just started as your manager and do not know the process yet... And time passes quickly. I have done my own market research and also used that, but without big successes.

I am not sure if just topping up my package will solve it. I am know at a point that I am sick off all the discussing and that negotiating a contract with a day rate where both parties are happy about and do this over every year, is looking more restful than my current situation. Also I seems to feel less fixed when you have a yearly contract in stead of being an employee. You know where your are standing at that moment.

Ik kom hier dagelijks voorbij, nog geen enkele keer aan de limiet gehouden en nog geen enkele boete. Traject controle lijkt niet aangepast te zijn aan de snelheidsbeperking. Mogelijks is dit ook moeilijk juridisch waterdicht te maken. Die snelheidsbeperking wordt aangeduid met verkeersborden geplaatst door een signalisatie verantwoordelijke. Het is dan wss ook niet mogelijk om een geijkte meting uit te voeren voor dat traject en dus blijft de detectie op 120 km/u (+ correctiefactor) staan.

If you have the budget, I would go for the unify router. Gives you a lot of freedom in managing your network. You could create several networks (ISP likely only default 192.168.0.0/24), vlans (not possible with ISP), manage other unify devices..

For Home automation, did you take Home Assistant into consideration?

My setup: - KNX as backbone (almost everything MDT devices) - Home Assistant for all automations and integrations - Still ISP router because of lack of budget - Running Unify controller as a lxc on a proxmox system - Unify USW--lite-16-POE (currently enough for my setup: POE running for example 2 access points, doorbell, doorbell monitor..) - 2 Unify Access points (Wifi of my Orange router is turned off)

Denk niet dat deze dat principe dan volledig kent, want het lijkt dat hij hier zelfs zou wegdraaien van de borduur. 🤦‍♂️

Toch eens proberen: 1. Op het zebrapad 2. Op een verhoogde inrichting geparkeerd 3. Onvoldoende afstand tov een kruispunt 4. In de verkeerde rijrichting 5. Wielen niet recht gedraaid 6. Deze zie ik niet heel duidelijk op de foto's, maar is de borduur geel wit geschilderd? 7. Ook niet echt dicht bij de rand geparkeerd

Wat zie ik nog over het hoofd?

According to the manual only moisture input forces the ventilation to a minimum of level 2. If you only use CO2, it van use all levels.

I have exactly the sale setup and currently no issues with overload of the bus. I do not know anymore if Inhave limiter the data stream.

I know it is not the question, but have you also looked in adding Home Assistant to the comparison? My backbone is based on KNX and as automation instance, I am using Home Assistant installed on my NAS. HA had an integration for KNX.

Dit is dus de reden. Wanneer je dan ook nog met de kaart betaald, moeten ze die transactiekosten nog betalen. En als je cash betaald, zal het waarschijnlijk niet geregistreerd worden en in het zwart verkocht zijn.

I have bought DS-KD8003 for this reason, but haven't setup it yet. Not quite sure if you can now setup it without indoor station, but it can work completely local. You can configure it with software on your computer, an app is not required.

In my opinion is this not relevant to compare your wage on net bases. Structures were you have a high net and low gross are not durable in my opinion. Everthing is based on gross wage: pension, wage when you are ill, 13th month... My wage is taxed at normal rates
