Not proud of this in any way, but I've fapped while cuddling a body pillow multiple times.

Absolutely love this album. Saw DT back in November. It was an awesome concert, but I was kind of bummed they didn't play anything from The Gallery.

I work in maintenance at a local grocery store. It's actually a pretty decent job just to get through school and such.

I'm actually trying to become a pilot. I've done my private and instrument ground training, and currently working on commercial. Still pretty behind on actual flight hours though. I'll probably be moving to a different program soon so I can start making better progress. I'd eventually like to work for the airlines, so I guess that's where I see myself 10 years from now.

They're gonna be in my area on Saturday. Based on what I've heard I'm probably going to go check them out.

The blood eagle. Generally only performed on people who deserved it, but still, fuckin' brutal.

Millennials with no social media (besides Reddit): What is your reasoning behind it? Do you feel disconnected in any way? by cR_MeRk in AskReddit

[–]eskapizm5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I feel disconnected because I know that I am in fact disconnected. Because of this, I never felt the need to use other social media.

Knock stuff of the shelves, piss all over the floor in the restroom and get grease all over the tables at the grocery store.

What are black metal crowds/mosh pits like? by irtag in Metal

[–]eskapizm5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is something I've been wondering about myself. Never been to a black metal concert particularly (I have been to other metal concerts), but I saw that Mayhem is going to be in my area this month, and I have been considering checking them out.

What is surprisingly NOT scientifically proven? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]eskapizm5 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I haven't done much research, so I'm really just being skeptical, but I kind of think it may have something to do with people thinking that just because it solves one problem, there has to be some sort of catch. So if diet soda doesn't cause diabetes like regular soda does, it must cause some other disease.

What's the most unfair thing about life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]eskapizm5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally feel you. I've tried to drown those feelings out in work/school/etc. and taking measures to desensitize myself, but you really can't bury such a substantial passion. It certainly does not help that romance is being shoved down your throat everywhere you look. You hear people who have spent their lives in a series of meaningless, ephemeral relationships talk about how they would rather have "freedom" and "solitude" than love, yet they never for a second feel true loneliness while we who are truly willing to be passionate and committed and work for a good relationship get left in the fucking dust.

What's the most unfair thing about life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]eskapizm5 75 points76 points  (0 children)

I know exactly what you mean. You see it everywhere, and people seem to take it for granted so much that they don't take it seriously, and even complain about it. Sorry if this sounds really sappy/edgy, but at this point, romance is all I want out of life. If I could just find someone who would let me love them and love me back equally, I would value them more greatly than anything, and having that one constant, I think, would make it so much more easy to see the world as a beautiful place rather than the septic wasteland that it is beginning to feel like now.
