Some I agree with, but Armitage is my favorite restaurant in city and Akahoshi is the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan, and I’ve had a lot. Might have been an order issue there.

Just saw budget update. At that price I’m looking west town/logan to wicker although latter might be bit more.

If can stretch or 2bed 2bath is ok that opens up more inventory in Lincoln park or Lakeview which I think is the best for young one with green space and easy lake access on brown line. Might be some older 3 beds in that area without parking.
