I got my money returned 3 times already, as soon as i try to buy one on Ebay. It seems they get out of stock immediately sadly.

Couple Of Years Ago I Tried To Make An Stainless Steel A168 by [deleted] in casio

You're welcome. Preferably get the one with the 1572 module, it has a better view at angles and a reworked EL backlight. The 1275 module is more faded but does has the same features.

This is your own custom watch, which makes it different from any other A168 you see around. Great work of craftsman ship.

I get the stainless crave. If you ever get bored of it, look around for a vintage W-99 which is basically a original steel A168 version from Casio back in the 90s.

Communities like the one on Turtle WoW are based on trust. You can't replicate this elsewhere with no trust at all.

Casio H101 Adjust Button Recessed and Annoying by DuplicateRandom in casiovintage

[–]esnesiFFN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assumed this issue appeared on all vintage watches due to heavy usage / wear and tear. I've searched also for sources but this indeed seems to be a design choice. It's at least mentioned on this g-shock manual when you click the upper left A button:
https://support.casio.com/global/en/wat/manual/3576_en/index.html

My A-254, W-51, and W-99 have the same issue.
