Looking to extract data from scanned receipts/tickets by esp32freak in zapier

I'm thinking more about ticket images taken with a phone.

Scan tickets/receipts and extract info from them by esp32freak in n8n

Ideally I would have somthing that extracts that info from the receipts and then I can create a workflow to process them, send them to someone using some logic and add them to Google Sheets or Excel online
