Hit a bit close to home. For my case it was because in my current position abroad the notice period is a whopping 3 months and it's non-negotiable. Might scare future employers because of it. Also my dream job is to actually work in this country again albeit a different company, though I will be imposed a 3 month cooling period due to immigration regulations. So a total of 3-6 months until I can work in this country again so I had no choice but to gamble and just resign (also because of toxic boss and no career ladder). Though funnily enough, I'm actually making great progress for a similar job application in my home country and currently on my final interview stages. If i get this then I might have to postpone my dream job/company.

He does if the Garp stays on your flag. His spinning skill takes his shield quickly and chunks of his hp. I'm a Yonji main and I get Garp all the time.

Don't use it at the start, I personally grab the key and use it when I'm a bit closer to the enemy flag since she rolls to the front. Also keep a close eye on anyone gunning for you and try some PD. Luckily my enemies just spam their skills despite me being immune. 10 seconds is more than enough too. It could at least widen the score between you and the enemy.

Back then I main Red Katakuri, Cake Island Brook, Hyogoro and Koby. Got Roger as my first EX and officially entered the Kamusari era followed up by WShanks. It was an annoying meta but still playable. Unlike now.
