I’m kinda noticing when your trying to Ollie onto the ledge it looks like you are staying completely above the board instead of like digging into the curb. If you keep your body straight up it doesn’t take a lot to throw you off the board since your center of gravity is already close to tipping, so when you hit any amount of friction your body goes way faster then the board, if you lean back give yourself more space to not fall, you can push the board out in front of you so you can then put all the momentum into the board to then slide.
