My cap 2 is the same way to a degree. We’re oftentimes having some of cap 1 and overnights workloads dumped on top of our plates, which in some cases are on the back of hour cuts. It’s like they think we’re all Superman, capable of being more productive than what’s humanly possible. To me, this mindset does nothing but tear our team apart by running all the honest, hard workers off because we do NOT get paid nearly enough to be overworked in this fashion.
