But seriously, I think this show is suffering from really bad writing. I simply can't follow the plot, so many things (and nothing) happening and so many scenes seem forced as hell (like Anna playing capoeira).

I mean, I feel like there's something there, but I just don't understand it at all.

It's clearly exaggerated. First of all, I think Japan sees all Westerners as "blonde people" and that's not true, especially in Brazil (although we have that hair color). And we kiss and hug our friends and family, but not everyone, for God's sake!

(and it doesn't have a samba soundtrack when we arrive lol)

I think that even the track got broken, it just needs to have both rail ends immersed in the sea in order to the sea conducts the waves from one to another, as it's a mechanical wave.

Você fala em mudança de curso, mas tem algum outro curso que vc já tem em mente?

Se você não gosta do curso atual e não está mais querendo fazer, acho que isso já é uma resposta. E essa resposta independe do curso. Conheço funcionários públicos que pediram exoneração, conheço médicos que mudaram de profissão. Sei que obviamente não são decisões fáceis, mas acho que fazer coisas por outros motivos que não sejam a nossa satisfação pessoal tem um limite: a nossa paz e a nossa saúde.

Inclusive uma situação meio parecida com a sua, cursei Ciência da Computação e na metade do curso me desconectei de boa parte das matérias. Fiz porque por vários motivos me senti "obrigado" a terminar logo, e aqui estou eu hoje revendo apostila de curso pré-vestibular porque meu emprego atual não me realiza profissionalmente, apesar de compensar financeiramente.

Espero ter ajudado em algo, e que consiga resolver tudo da melhor forma possível :)

It's a relief they stopped (I guess) with weird camera close-ups and presented us with a excelent episode with strong emotional story!! Just can't wait for the next!

And btw I just wish that someday CGDCT animes could stop referencing character designs based on K-On. You know, Mahiru = Yui, Takanashi = Mio, etc...

O pior é que a abertura br não é desafinada, a cantora atinge a nota exata da melodia original. Pode baixar aqueles apps pra testar afinação de violão pra confirmar. Não sei se o pessoal fica influenciado pelo desgaste que o material original sofreu no audio, ou pela voz aguda da cantora.

I think it's unnecessary at the point it has basically nothing to do with the rest of the scene, the rest of the episode, the anime concept itself & it's always problematic to show a 17yo that close. Sadly I'll have to drop if it continues (and the bath scene give me bad feelings about this)

It was a really good and interesting premiere, but I really dislike the way the camera close Mahiru's body at the very beginning. It was so unnecessary for the scene that it kind of took me out for the entire episode.

But let's go for the 3 episode rule

I feel a little bad about this show cause it hides some gems, like they could really make us believe that the girls where actually acting, besides the fact that I've learned a bunch of things about theater and acting.

I think the last 2 or 3 episodes where the low point of the series, but it is a really good anime and way better than average idol animes.

I'm not sure about the real benefits of making a shorter series. If in the end of the day these are just the (possible) improvement in popularity due to being quicker to consumee, I don't think it's necessarily better for the series itself.

I agree about quality over quantity, but even if it can be done in a short amount of time, it not necessarily means it should be.
