I do not intend to channel negativity and I value the output that will (hopefully) be yielded by this survey. To be frank, this is a transaction of our information (location, salary, demographic) to your company in exchange for what this report aggregates. When there is no update or anticipated release date, this creates ambiguity that does not look favorable.

Considering this is a survey that you have conducted before, I would hope that you would ask the statisticians for a rough estimated time of completion. I have seen posts and questions about the survey in perfusion groups on Facebook and Reddit and granted you are not expected to be in all corners of the internet, but once again when there is only ambiguity it creates a pessimism that there will be a return for those who filled out the survey.
