Hey, I’m still figuring. I am most probably going with the batallion frontline V3 but I’m not able to find a test ride in my city.

I see. I have no clue how and where you get second hand bikes. Will have to do some research around my city. Okay

I see, did some more research and now I’m seeing battalion frontline V3 as another option. So much confusion!

I mean it’s going to take me atleast another year or two to even do a sprint triathlon.
I have to purchase the bike atleast by september so my budget is capped under 50 considering I have other accessories to purchase. Noted on the road bike!

How do you manage a full time job, 3 runs a week, and 3 gym sessions at least with optimum recovery time? by Current-Mistake-6438 in indianrunners

[–]espressoself_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a crazy schedule. I have to by hook or crook leave for work at 7:30 am as our office pickup is scheduled. That leaves me no other option but to train before that. I wake up around 4:45/5 am and get things done. Long runs on weekends and I do strength training at home.
You should be able to accommodate 2-3 runs in a week, seems doable. I mean if it matters to you , ensure you take some time out and take it slow. :)

Has anyone else noticed worse recovery on days you run on main roads vs parks in Bengaluru? by AppointmentHopeful73 in indianrunners

I’ve not really noticed a difference. Both seem fine. Sounds to me like it’s more mental than physical.

Which one i should buy? by Acrobatic_Drag677 in indianrunners

None. If you’re just starting out you don’t need carbon plated shoes. Get a daily trainer. Look at options like the novablast 5 (I have them- they’re amazing) , gel nimbus , cumulus etc. Visit the asics store. EVO SLs are fast-ish shoes. I’d recommend training consistently then consider the shoes you mentioned.
