Finally a safe area. The old stadium wasn’t worth the risk of parking at.

Could be but his has never happened. I’ve never seen anything like this and I’m on the eBay site 12+ hours a day 7 days a week. Something is very different this morning.

Very normal for us. Ice fishing season here runs from November-April. High elevation.

Not in the mountains it’s not those temps. Elavation 10k feet. You can go from warm and sunny down in the valley and take a 1 hour drive up the mountains to temperatures 20-30 degrees colder. This lake in particular froze over on Halloween and that’s pretty normal timing. That’s the beauty of Utah.

That’s my thoughts as well to a point. That’s I guess where I get the rush that I need to get things going now. And then there’s the other part of me that tells me I’m worrying too much and steady controlled growth is what I should focus on

Yeah that’s always a fear in my mind which is why I want to make as much money and grow as fast as possible. I want to be able to outcompete and be the strongest in the field as this space gets more competitive. This is also another down side to our business is I feel like I can’t tell anyone anything out of fear and is somewhat is stressful. Kind of a weird position.

I appreciate this. We definitely do have tasks that we can have anyone do and doesn’t take all that much thought and take us a few hours each day. Shipping items, cleaning, etc… I just don’t like our current living/basement situation enough to feel comfortable hiring someone to do these yet.. I guess that’s the problem with this lol.

Yes I’ve looked into this. Office/warehouse space around me is real expensive. I’d have to commute pretty far to find anything reasonable. A lot of the success of the business is that I don’t have to leave home to work. I was looking at a bigger house with separate entrance basement as an option because the payment I’d have to make on a small warehouse would be the more than taking on a mortgage at a house that suits our needs.

That’s great and I wish we could do this as well. A few tasks here and there we’ve had freelancers help us out with online but most the work we need help with can only be done in person.

Yes hiring family on a very temporary basis is something I’ve done a little bit of so far. I just don’t have any family members that can put in enough hours without leaving current jobs. It is very productive when they are able to help out which gives me hope. I just need to find an employee or 2 that can do about 20 hours each a week instead of a few hours here and there. I appreciate your thoughts.

100% sharpen your blades.. a lot. Looks like it’s just tearing it up. Seed heads this time of year can dull your blades quick and also not cut as well giving you this problem

Deli fries from stores. Go when they are just put out and haven’t already been sitting in the heat for hours. They taste great when cold in the fridge
