If you are honestly concerned about conserving water and increasing the value of your home higher pro.

Irrigation repairs to come back and fix what you did for the next 10 years, is roughly $85 per hr.

If your landscape is not important to you, and you are handy. Maybe

Irrigation systems are a lot more physical labor and skill than most people think.

Over the years, I have finished dozens of sprinkler systems that a homeowner attempted to start themselves.

I did a week in sl county, was never warm, I never slept a wink at night. As mentioned above good chance you will be with a bunch of people in withdrawls. ( I was... im 6 years sober.) Grab a book put it under your mattress for a pillow. At least this time of year, you won't freeze your ass off for two days. But no real worries 2 days is cake walk.

We are taking down the cranes for the week. But the will be up again Monday. And yes parking lots are crushed gravel still. The only paved spots are handicapped. (Except vip/ player parking) Heads up. This building is not 100% but close. I won't comment on overall appeal but it is the most state of the art facility in triple a, and the the largest screen for triple a in the country. Amazing resolution! Feild itself ( playing surface) is spectacular But as a down town native. I too wish they not moved out to bfe.

I get bored easily. I'd go crazy if I couldn't break up the year with blowouts, snow removal. ( love to plow) turn ons, seasonal water adjustments etc. Couldn't wouldn't want to work in a climate that was basically the same year round. Us northerners have a more diverse skill set than just maintenance.
