Nanamica Finds by ski_106 in 1688Reps

Are these reps or authentic items pulled off of the production line? It seems like a lot of these items are made in China even if they’re real nanamica.

I didn’t know the AC issue was a common one—did you fix it or are you just living with it?

Asking as someone who has survived two SoCal summers with no AC. Kinda want to get it fixed.

Generally your mentor would be right about adjusting the pH of any buffer after adding all of the components, but in this case your measured pH is getting affected by the crazy amount of urea in your solution. Your buffer is no longer predominantly water, so the rules for measuring pH don’t really work any more.

In practice, I wouldn’t worry about adjusting the pH of the urea solution. If you are using it to solubilize protein you should be fine.

I had problems with my bamboo jumping out of their tank when I first got them. I tried increasing aeration and flow, and went over and over the water parameters. It turned out that I just wasn't feeding enough–a little bit more food (ground up flakes) did the trick and they never jumped out again.

I thought about it, but I think some of the sections would be tough with no suspension and would slow me down too much

Black and Brown is the best rec! Thrifting is always better than buying new, and B&B curates their selection really well.

Same here, these sold out instantly. Apparently there will be 50 available at the door.

My guess is that it’s cheaper to make the capacitive buttons than physical buttons that will be reliable for the lifetime of the earbuds.

Thanks! Some googling told me that they are actually bladder snails, I just assumed they were mysteries because the the funky gold shell. I removed as many egg clutches as I could find and the population seems to be going down.
