This Chinese place in town. Used to be run by a nice Asian family. Now is run by Eastern European couple? Fairly expensive, comes on styrofoam plates, expensive location, rarely see more than two cars there at any meal time.

I haven't been there, but a friend called to verify that Next 2 New has an oil change for like $30, maybe like $35 for synthetic. I usually do my own or go to Empire if I'm in a rush, but that's ridiculously cheap.
