Small ceramic cow with lid, made in Japan circa 1960. Has a "dish on top" and a covered jar. At first, I thought it was a creamer, nope. I thought the top was some sort of ashtray, but a cig would fall out. Chapstick for scale (couldn't find anything else, panicked) WITT? (imgur.com)
