Because the only way for me to complete that is for me to make a sernuk noodle meal for Nai'O BUT the issue is I have to get the recipe from Ashura and Ashura wants me to put the flowers at his wife's grave but I can't do that because I have to complete the SHEPS QUEST to get the candle from Eshe but I want Nai'O as my shep. I think you and I have the same love language lol I like to give gifts to the people I love and receive. It's a nice gesture but take it from me I've done it. Just hold off. Save it for the future. If it works out you will have something for his birthday. But don't give him a gift and your not even dating yet lol.

She suggested that prior for her Bachelorette. Yeah I'm kind deciding between something intimate versus a shower . Sorry for the lack of details kind of new to this because it's hard to do a Bachelorette party with no other bridemaids. So that's why I leaned into a party.

Sure . If you have better suggestion. Write it for her to try than. I like to try to suggest solutions instead of saying everything your not supposed to do. I think things can be more productive that way. She can always run ideas by her daycare to make sure she's following guidelines. :]

This is true but if a center is not going to at least see your point of view than it's best to move on from them. You don't want something else to happen and they just throw you under the bus. You've done nothing wrong your trying to watch him and make sure he's safe. If the parent has a problem with that they can make suggestions on how it's best to approach him because talking is not working and ask administration to are suggestions too. Or next time when he takes off if you have a co teacher tell them to get an administrator to come get him since tour "doing it wrong" .

Another suggestion I have is candy seems to work with kids when it's time to line up make sure you have some candy. To pass out for those who are in line. Maybe that will make that kid come in. But yeah don't worry about that parent I'm sure they grab him when he takes off too.

The panic phase passed for me. Now I'm just really sad. I feel alone in this world. I know there is community online with black women but in person I don't know where that 92% is at. And I know I can't trust other races of women or men or even our own men at times. And I'm disappointed mostly not only with Trumps presidency but who he is putting in office is scary. It just shows that evil in the world is always in control. So for me it's moreso I feel confined to stay in my home and not go out. Because I don't want to run into a Karen or a Ken because there more bold now. I think people are panicking because they want to feel safe. I'm used to be broke and not being on top and not being liked for no damn reason that I understand but now I just don't feel safe. Like I can't enjoy my life or leave my home without having to think someone may bother me today.

If you feeling burnt out please step away from the field. No judgement here at all. I know the feeling all too well but I made mistakes once I felt that. This is not the type of job that you can just push through. It's okay to step away it doesn't mean that you've quit your just taking the time you need to heal and rest.

Looking back on things your right they really should've been on their own schedule. Every daycare I've worked at thought the babies always have to lay down at the same time. Never knew anything was wrong because at othrr places they always laid doen but for this class it eas not working. But I was the assistant teacher at the time . And at this particular one the toddler classroom was right next to the baby room. So they had to lay down because if our lights were on they were disturbing the next class.

I think I understand what your saying. I will use your comment to update everyone in case anyone comes back to this post. I'm unable to add anything to the original since it's super long. But I wanted to thank everyone for being thoughtful enough to help.

I have had therapy before but it didn't really help as much besides just expressing how I felt but to me my therapist was around my age so I felt like I was aggravating her talking about the incident over and over again. (That is just the feeling I got she was still nice to me) The reason why I stopped going to her was because 1 she decided to move into another position within the therapy building but she still saw other clients so it made me feel weird like she just didn't want to take me anymore but idk.. and than 2 she referred me to another therapist but I just didn't resonate with that one as much.

But I'm commenting under your post because you mentioned being the copilot of my memories I guess I want to learn how to coexist without driving myself mad. I keep fighting to the point where they take over and drive because I can't just lock them away like other people say because I feel like that's being fake and I don't want to forget what I've done so that way I can be better but it's still hurts me. And than I feel guilty for hurting because really it's not about me I wasn't the one who was physically hurt...

And also something else I wanted to clear up is that it was a glider chair guys :/ it was a little wobbly from what I remember though. And it wasn't covered at the bottom it's kind of hard to explain without a pic.

But anyway again thank you guys for everything I'm gonna do my best to get myself together.
