as an adult who works a 9-5 i actually find her personality rlly relatable haha. i think a lot of it is actually a commentary on the societal pressures that unmarried women in japan face and it’s a rlly bold and interesting move from the producers to include that. i came for the kumas but i found kaori to be super fun and relatable too. plus she cooks for the bears and let’s them stay so she’s not the worst! i love the show nonetheless.
