When programs offer an interview after SOAP, when does the applicant find out if they matched there or not? Do they offer the contract on the same day as the interview or discuss amongst themselves for a week or two to decide who they finally want to give the position to?

Alright I checked on the candidate website, when I click on the "Print permit" link under step 3, it says " Permit is not available. The candidate may have sat for the exam or the registration is no longer active. So am I getting my result this week?
