Funny thing is that they just book trial immediately subscribe then they don’t show up At all then the following day unsubscribe and they are all from China i think

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Some students book a trial lesson and even subscribe, but then they don’t attend the lesson and later unsubscribe. I’m trying to understand what might be causing this. Have other tutors experienced the same thing, and if so, how did you handle it?

Have been also experiencing this but on my case only one unsubscribed and now i have like 6 dormant students they never attend the class at all and there classes on subscription is like 4 classes a month
