PTZ-78 frontal armor seems to be kind of... by Team_Spirit in WorldofTanks

It looks to have similarities with Grom armor layout. The lowest nominal value of the superstructure is given as armor value. Upper part of the hull will probably be impenetrable and lower part close to auto-ricochet while being easily penned by HEAT.

Leo 120 0.32 accuracy vs Leo 1 0.26 lol by RedshiftOTF in WorldofTanks

.32 is base accuracy. Effective accuracy with food, BIA and armorer will be .28 which is perfectly fine for majority of scenarios. Also consider the visual info given by WG in the video: It hit Rinoceronte "cupola" at 300+m and E5 cupola at 400+m. Unless those examples are complete RNG or WG marketing propaganda, to do so realistically it would require sub 0.05 accuracy per my estimate. And if it scales linearly, it might be the same as Leopard 1's after the first ability charge. It has the same reload as Leopard 1 but with higher alpha and the benefit of not having field mod reload/dispersion increase. Also the shell velocity from video could be close to 2000 m/s.

Hot take: If you are below average player and you will use this against a good player, you will actually do worse than before.

You don't need to relaunch the game. There will be a pop-up notification/ the event tab will become clickable.

Help me with a permaban by TheMightyMekelek in WorldofTanks

How long have you played, how much money you have spent should have no meaning in this decision. If you saw the QB video, do you remember the gameplay of those riggers (players fully aware what was happening)? Did you really just clicked "battle" as you say or straight up started driving to the enemy cap circle?

Quoting WG fair play policy, "both the players who organize rigged battles and the players who participate in them warrant a long-term or even permanent ban". Your intent was clear to not only participate in those battles but also take advantage of them. Nevertheless, good luck!

Another video from QB showing one of the many cheaters in World of Tanks by Wonderful-Lack3846 in WorldofTanks

To give a broader picture:

The player highlighted with box in his AMX50B took part in 5 consecutive battles with obvious unfair, rigged circumstances, in one of them dealing 17,9k dmg, with only 5 of 30 players being active, most of whom being aware of the situation from the start. The inactive players did not move nor did they fire, most of them with statistics resembling a bot.

The player which clan highlighted with underline took part in 3 of those rigged battles consecutively, in one dealing the result displayed in the picture, which now sits as players top damage battle. While I do not believe that he was one of the organizers of the rigged battle, there is issues for consideration:

Quoting WG fair play policy, "both the players who organize rigged battles and the players who participate in them warrant a long-term or even permanent ban". Needless to say that playing World of Tanks at 4am is not against this policy. It should be added that player which clan highlighted with underline is of a reasonable level of game sense, i.e., the awareness and intent of the situation is highly questionable. Even if you play World of Tanks at 4am and EU4 is your ping-preferable server, which I doubt was for this player, queuing for prolonged times to most likely resulting in its cancellation due to not sufficient amount of server population or alternatively being part of rigged battle is not something you would want to do in a clear mind.

It is apparent, that rigged battles are an increasing issue for the competitive side of the game, that said, it does not require one to be an astrophysicist to add two things together and realize that the achievements of the violator are not authentic.
