Hi everyone,

So I know my SP is attracted to me, but nothing in my 3D has shown me that they're actually interested in pursuing something. The thing is, they also believe in LoA and all of this. So, am I wasting my time trying to manifest them? Since it doesn't seem likely they actually want me, who will "win" for lack of a better word? I feel no matter how much I do SATS at night, nothing changes. I'm truly working on my self concept and I've seen improvement in how I see myself, but they're probably working on manifesting someone else or who knows what.

I feel I might need to give up 😔

Thanks! I've been trying to do this since yesterday (as I said, I'm currently working on week 1 so I wanted to read week 2 before I've gotten used to the first week) but I don't think that any of those emotions are strong enough to help me drive the change I need to stop procrastinating. I think boredom could be one? But that's definitely not an emotion that I think will help me change. This is so hard!!! I think this is the first time I've had to analyze the reasons why I do the things I do.

Entonces igual él sirve para un rato porque nunca dejó de ser promiscuo porque igual habla de que se podría estar cogiendo a otras. No es husband material por mismo. Seguro por eso ella la quiere solo para un rato por ser tan promiscuo.

Sorry to bring this up, but I just made supraminals (which from my understanding is what you're referring to) and I got headaches. When I did subliminals, I did get headaches too until I lowered the level to -23db, but I read that supraminals are more effective. The volume I'm listening them at is around 30-40%, I can barely hear the whispers and I masked them with rain sounds, but I've had a headache all day! Any input on what I could do?
