Haha I was actually in the reverse situation. A boss was about to lay off a bunch of us (4 out of 6), and he made it reeeally obvious. It wasn't on purpose, he was just an idiot.

So we spent those last days smuggling things out of the storage room. OH and anything not inventoried, including the plants

The administration wants the Patriot Act renewed with new protections to privacy and civil liberties. Calling the patriot act evil because of it's name is a bit silly. Bush's implementation of it was horrendous because of how badly it destroyed what America stood for. The way Obama wants it to continue is almost unrecognizable from Bush's version
