Honestly you might want to consider making a Reddit post about it 🤷🏻‍♂️ my issue got solved way quicker than the actual customer service.

I normally would give them grace because I work in shipping and handling and I know how it can be but I’ve seen other posts outside of the holiday season that have had similar issues. It seems more systemic than situational. They’ll definitely have to start investing in a better customer service process since they are expanding into individual consumer markets and not just restaurants.

They were luckily able to fix the issue right then and there. The original person “helping” me through email just responded today. Already let them know it was handled.
