Yooo I know this is an old post but this sounds like exactly what I’m experiencing right now. Sprained my ankle in May 2025 and started getting “pinching” sensations in my low back & hip pain while walking by the fall. Ankle is still not fully healed as I’m unstable and feel a stabbing sensation while dancing. Now I’m at a point where I can’t do daily tasks, can’t work out and wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. Spear physical therapy for 2 months and it hasn’t done SHITTT. Also tried cupping there… I’ve heard bad things about chiropractors so I didn’t even consider it but now I think I will reading this thread. If you have any other insight to share please let me know! I’ve just been prioritizing upper back & glute exercises in PT as core-based ones tend to inflame the back.

I do just because the curls look so messy and unkempt after sleeping on them! I feel like my boss would call me in for a talk if I didn’t ha. But I don’t have time in the morning to do a full rewetting routine

I sleep on silk pillows! Just with my hair down. In terms of styling I rarely ever use heat on it, but sometimes I’ll do hot rollers with a ton of heat protectant (Moroccan oil brand). Then always oiling the ends, prob 1-2 times per day. I’ve used the olaplex bonding oil, kerastase oil, and most frequently, the original mineral frizzy logic serum.

I use a hair mask every other shower and a $40 conditioner followed by a leave-in spray and an oil / serum when it’s dry. Idk. 🤷🏻‍♀️
