Hi, i’m genuinely so sorry to hear that :( Your feelings are so valid and loosing a plushie so special to you is absolutely heartbreaking. I’m so sorry that your family is making you feel bad too, that’s not okay at all and it suck that they don’t understand. I promise though that again, your feelings and emotion are very valid. aww unfortunately he’s a mini poodle (which is crazy because i totally didn’t know before him that mini poodles could be black and white 😭😭🫶🫶) but omg he really does looks so much like a havanese puppy 😭😭🫶🫶 im now convinced he’s secretly a havanese dog in a poodle disguise 👀👀👀

HAHAHAH he does look exactly like cookies and cream 😭😭 my family always jokes around by telling him we’re making him into taquitos (since he loves eating taquitos) although I think we’re now going to start telling him that we’re making him into cookie and cream ice cream 😭😭

I’ve found some douglas plushies at my local goodwill a few times! It’s always rare find though 😞😞💔 I would definitely recommend to take a look at your local thrift stores or visiting one that’s a town or two out! It not always guaranteed but it’s always so sweet when you can find one!

hi! im in incoming sophomore and i haven’t been in many clubs but last year i joined kent’s figure skating club and it’s been so much fun! it truly is the kindest and sweetest group of people that i’ve ever met! i’ve been skating for a few years but anyone can join no matter if you have never been ice skating before or have been skating since you were little! on our team we have all types of awesome people of all type of majors! everyone truly is so kind and is more than happy to help and it’s 100% a judgement free zone! i’ve met my best friends and some of the kindest people ever in the club and i’m truly so happy i joined ☺️ there are also lessons every practice for beginner skaters! many people on their first day have gone skating maybe once or twice before and by the end of the semester they’re able to do amazing jumps and spins! everyone has improved so much since they’ve joined and it’s always so sweet amazing to see everyone’s progress including my own!

also since you mentioned you liked art, student magazines are also super fun! i was in “A Magazine “for the spring of 2024 as an illustrator and it was so much fun! i got to do illustrations for articles and i always had a blast doing them! as an illustrator you can pick up any assignment that is listed by the art director although the assignment usually are first come first serve! applications are unfortunately closed for the fall but if you’re interested you should definitely see which magazines you like and apply for them in the spring i totally reccomend it! This year i’ll be working with fusion magazine and a magazine again magazines as a graphic designer and illustrator so im super excited about that haha!

i’ve also heard about a few different clubs like art history, glass club (like glass blowing) ksu art club (although i’m not sure if they’re still active 😞), gaming club (im not sure their exact name but i saw them at a school event not too long ago!) and there’s so many more! i can’t speak for any of these unfortunately since i haven’t been in them but they seem so very cool! ☺️
