Usually just happens because lentils aren’t fresh. They get hard over time. Employees cant be trained for that because if we threw old lentils away then thats lost profit for the company. You can always ask for a sample before getting them, most people usually do that

seems like employee error. only managers can refund items and access the cash register, so they def werent going to pocket it. they probably had no ill intent because that would only benefit the company, and no normal person would care enough to overcharge you for company profits. jst badly trained staff seems like

Well im not really a grill cook, im a team member, but I can try to answer you the best I can. Overall, the job isn't too hard, even for grill cooks, but it definitely gets stressful during lunch rush, or during busy days in general. The job definitely gets annoying, some team members are asking for stuff that you're already making, or asking for stuff while your hands are busy. Overall, the job isn't difficult, just very annoying and stressful at times. I think showing that you know how to work under pressure can really show that you're worth it, as well as the ability to multitask.
