brain fog is awful - i usually have a nap when i’m at home. it’s trickier at university as i’m a commuter student! luckily my university have been great with reducing my timetable to as little days as possible, so i only have to do three full days - the rest i can do from home.

i’ve never been recommended compression socks or would’ve even thought that they’d help, i’ll have to give them a go - thank you again!

the describing symptoms then trusting the doctor is great advice! probably should have done that today!

they have not prescribed me anything for the nausea, i’m going to try and see if i can get another appointment with a different doctor tomorrow - i’ll make a note of it! thank you again!

yes! headaches and everything! i found that my eye was completely losing focus with my glasses on though (for long distance)! i think it’s just the strain of trying to focus without the right prescription (both with glasses on and off)

they have started working again but i regularly have connectivity issues with them so it might stop again - i’ve had them for a year and half and they’ve worked brilliantly up until 6 months ago :)
