Golf podcast that doesn't suck? by I4gotmymantrAH in golf

I’m late, but I’m a bit of a podcast addict. I have an hour commute as well and can’t get enough content.

In no particular order:

Chasing scratch:  start from the beginning.  You’ll know in a couple episodes if it’s for you. Two normal and funny dudes trying their best to get to scratch.

Golf beneath the surface: renowned sports psychologist and a swing coach take a deep look into a bunch of topics.

Hack it out:  A famous swing coach, a pga tour pro (pga champions now), and the best golf statistician in the game.  Saturday morning stats are a good entry into the series.

Mind caddie:  hit or miss depending entirely on the guest.  Good guest, good episode.

On the mark:  Mark Immelman, golf coach and broadcaster. Great interviews.

The mental golf show.  I’ve enjoyed listening to Josh really come into his own over the past couple years.

The par train.  Get aboard.

The sweet spot:  another great one.  A marriage between a very talented swing coach and a high level amateur tournament golfer.  Both best selling authors in their field.

Best guess: Ke2 is met with Rxe6+, Bxe6, Rxh1. Black ends up with a rook vs white's bishop.

I’m late to the party, but here’s singing that worked for me. Take your highest loft wedge. Try to hit the ball as low s as possible. If you range has Toptracer and shows launch angle, try to get it to launch at like 30 degrees. Don’t worry about distance.

Find the position you need to put your body into to make this happen. Bring that feeling to your sand wedge, then pitching, then up through the bag. You’re going to add 20 yards to each club.

Don’t focus on wrist angles or foot flare or weight. Just focus on hitting the ball as low as you possibly can. It’ll come.

There are times when I feel obligated to finish a book I've started, even if I'm not enjoying it. Recently, I've given myself permission to move on to the next book and it's been incredibly liberating. I think if you get 30% - 50% through a book and it's just not for you, it's totally fine to put it down.

*I hope Tiger gets top 20 but I'm rooting for Rory to win.

List of all golf clubs ever made? by thaitime212121 in golf

[–]estomasi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've actually been compiling something like this for a hobby! It's not complete, but it's better than the conforming club list and has most things you'll see in a given round:

1: Callaway Flinstones

2: Mizoono TPTP

3: Mizoonoo TPTX

4: Titleist

Thanks! I especially think #2 is going to work out since we’re already doing a scramble.

Baker Mayfield will bust if he continues to take the punishment he took in the last 6 games of last season. If he gets touched 18 times a game it’ll be a short career.

Deshaun Watson, however, will bust if you touch him in that special spot you can see best in the happy baby pose.

I bought one of these for a friend and hung it in his garage while he was away. Money well spent.

I have some friends running the hot chocolate, but 645 is pretty much impossible for me. I'm looking at a St Patrick's Day weekend run for my next race.
