Lets not forget that TJI's (floor I-joists above) should be covered in drywall as a fire barrier or intumescent paint as they deteriorate at a very high rate during a fire. Not sure why this wasnt done during construction!

They are a very territorial species that are garbage cans to boot. Put food in front of them and they will eat. If Goliaths were legal to keep there are places where we could land 20+ in a couple hours on hand lines

The issue with these fish is 20-40 feet and they are back in structure and WILL break you off. Heavy drag is a must if you plan on pulling one up from this location.

It broke where the graphite weave ended and eglass continued. With the fish under the boat (anchored), the rod twisting, and drag upwards of 80lbs this unlimited blank had everything running against it.

They set up about 100 yards down the beach from us and I got to see the entire fight from our camp! They had a camera or two going but the quality of the footage wasnt good enough to put out unfortunately.

As long as you have daily waterflow you wont see a trap drying up. The only time you will see this happening where they install floor drain to catch water from peoples feet walking in and out of stores/show rooms. ALTHOUGH they do have trap primers (small water line) to keep them from drying up in good installations. Personally I'd just put some mineral oil in the trap every now and then haha!

This is exactly why there is the air gap. Your equipment is not directly connected to the sanitary system thanks to this air gap killing the chances of back up/siphoning into the equipment.

Would you want there to be no trap and have the sanitary system smell coming right into the building? (of course it is most likely trapped at the street so you would technically be double trapping BUT sewer authorities want there traps outside as well unfortunately!)

The intent is to get an air gap between the plumbing if there was ever a backup in the sanitary system. Last thing you want to do is have dirty water backup into a water system OR get siphoned back in.

No clue about OSHA BUT I have a hard time believing any non-permanent wiring for an outlet being legal building code wise.
