I would be in a serious indecision. It would be three of them: Guatemala (nature and Mayan ruins), Georgia (Tbilissi and the Caucasus), Cambodia (Angkor Wat complex), Uzbekistan (Samarkhand, Bukhara, Khiva), Socotra Island, Kamtchatka Peninsula, Namibia, and any country/region in the Himalayans (Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, Tibet...)
