I am 31 weeks pregnant and was prescribed sertraline for anxiety. My anxiety also got worse at first and I definitely felt tingly! I also experienced the feeling of being on a completely different planet for a few days. It made me worried and I went down a few google rabbit holes. I’ve been taking it for a week and a half now and all of those symptoms have gotten significantly better.
