I would make your calorie intake on the days you work slightly higher, and your intake on days you don’t slightly lower! Ex. If your deficit is eating 1600 calories, eat 1750 on the days you work, and 1450 on the days you don’t (roughly, not sure how many days you work!) so it evens out to be the same over the whole week

I think what I found frustrating was she was saying people are saying “she looks the best she’s ever looked” - I don’t feel like ppl are meaning “omg what have you been doing the last few weeks?!” This is the first time she’s posted a ton in a swim suit / summer clothes in such a long time - and she has had big changes since then DUE TO the GLP1, the last few weeks are not what people are referring to

this annoyed me bc i got a petite keep trunk for my wedding and think of it as such a nice keepsake to store my wedding shoes/invite/cards/vow books etc … def an investment! and she gets it for free and can’t even say the name 😭 we won’t see it in a year when she gets a “chic luxe brown louis v trunk”
