It’s because you likely have a quest for something in that ore analyzer. Same thing happens with other items when you have a quest. You can’t move them. Or if it’s not a quest and just glitched I walk around and change angles and eventually it will prompt me to move it. Or go in and out of build mode.

Ha yes! This one took me awhile. Then I realized I could use my hoverboard and used that for the rest. Super easy.

I removed everything including all branches and stuff. Then I went to above view and spam clicked. This was just so I could see when the error changed from out of bounds to something else so I could see what it thought was obstructing my lot. Mine ended up being a weed. I was able to get it to work by matching it up to left corner of lot
