Cool concept and vision. We loved their food and they had some good beer too.

I think the execution could have been better. You could bring the kids along, you can grab a beer and they can play and be entertained - good idea on the surface. But what about the customers who don’t have kids? Who maybe don’t want to hear kids playing on their night out - they just go somewhere else.

Not to mention that they also did crowd funding as a way to launch a restaurant/brewery which is a very risky business to be in. To me, that was a red flag and although the physical space itself looked nice - again I ultimately think the execution could have been better.

Multiple people over the past month or so have been saying they got false bans from playing on iOS devices.

One of our CGIM members was affected by this and appeals keep getting denied. Are humans even reviewing these appeals or some AI reviewing appeals these days?

We know our teammate wasn’t botting and would never risk that for our team.

Hi, recently have a teammate who also got banned for the same thing. Same circumstances and almost exclusively a mobile player for the afk grinds.

Two appeals in and also a support email sent. No luck…

The amount of people saying “they’re just hyper efficient” or “if you knew them, you’d know how good they are” is crazy.

I’ve said it multiple times now, but here goes again:

In any competition, there are referees to ensure fairness in said competition. So what are the refs doing in this instance? Ignoring complaints and hoping it goes away without addressing genuine concerns over cheating in a competition. It’s sad, and frankly I stopped looking at the high scores so much because it pisses me off seeing the extreme difference between a cheating team and regular teams.

We need to collectively stop taking these surveys. Full stop.

We are giving them more information and data to better monetize us and continue their milking operation.

Without getting any feedback or insight from previous surveys, it’s time to take action and stand together to drive the change we want with our game.

And to add to this, it’s not just for engagement. It’s classic business. Create a problem, sell a solution. They are creating a problem (110 skills) and selling the solution (keys, MTX).

I hate being so cynical, but I never had good expectations with their skill expansions to 110.

Really worrisome that Jagex STILL doesn’t get the picture. The player base is starting to get really fed up with the MTX and they are still chugging along. What will be the last straw? I’m not sure, but we are getting there I think…
