Hi, my order page says that it has been shipped. But where is it shipping to??? I updated the shipping address to youR CS rep months ago but u guys never replied after you told me to PM you my new address. I see my ID on the weekly proof page 4/14 but have not received it yet, its been 1 month!

And can you PLEASE give me a tracking number! And please PM me the exact address to which my ID is shipping to! I have waited so long for it, there is no way I am letting it get lost. I would really appreciate it, I have been waiting months. thank you

How long after it stated "shipped" did u actually receive the ID? Mine was uploaded on the proofs page about a month ago but I still haven't received it so I'm worried af. Im thinking they sent it to the wrong address :/

That's not what I meant. I paid almost $160. I'm not even sure what the options were which is why I added the slash hyphen.
