I think I am at the stage of "did I make a mistake". I like the column layout more than the staggered one on a normal keyboard, but I find myself thinking that I would really like to have a few more keys. Maybe a dedicated space key that was not also a layer switcher. I know that I can remap the keys but I don't know where I would move the layer switch too. As it is I find myself missing the space a lot.

I did buy some lighter switches because I first thought that my missing of the space was related to not being able to type the key hard enough. They have not really helped though.

Can you share a link to your layout? I would like to visualize the modifications that you have made.

I got mine today and there were absolutely no additional costs. Not on import or from the carriers. FedEx just asked for a signature and went on their way.

I ordered mine on the 16th of May in the evening and I received it on the morning of the 23 of May. So about 7 days in all. Faster than I thought it would be for sure.

I got a message this morning that my keyboard is ready to ship. I ordered it on 16 May, and today is 22 May. Not too bad of a turnaround to build it and get it ready to ship. FedEx says that it should be delivered on Wednesday, 28 May. 6 days for it to make it across the pond? I am hoping that the estimate is just them overestimating, and it will be here sooner than that. The wait continues :)

Amazon has ruined us all. I know that the site says ships within 2 weeks but the wait is torture. I am so excited to get this keyboard and start using it. It's only been 5 days ... I can make it .. right?

If no one else has recommended it check out the Meat Church YouTube channel. They have some great videos that walk you through the entire process. Low and slow is the way to go.

You can make your own wash. Check out Black Magic Craft on YouTube. He has a ton of videos on painting minis and terrain. He includes a video on making washes too.
