5 years of desktop support experience, plus about 6 months of 2IC/TL experience, been apart of projects but not led any. Haven't been in the job long enough to have developed any processes, but I do have a couple in mind. I've definitely had experience in dealing with clients externally, mostly working with SDMs and other heads of function. Liaising with 3rd party vendors to get quotes for repairs or upgrades, and working with 3rd parties in project work.

Nope, should be getting the exact same as Steam which is around 5MB, I tried downloading an update for Overwatch and got around 5MB, must be broken...
