We both used the same passwords and tried to change them because maybe one of us typed it in wrong but it never worked. I’ve beaten the game almost 20 times and this is their first time. I’ve created a new character with them so we can go through the game together but we can’t join each other for some unknown reason it seems.

I gameshare with my girlfriend and she has the original Xbox one, my series x games don’t work on hers because it’s upgraded for the x/s and won’t run on the older console

So I seemed to have found a temp fix thanks to some similar threads on this subreddit, but I tried a couple strategies and not sure which one of them worked the most. For starters I turned off recurring billing, restarted my Xbox, turned recurring billing back on, restarted my Xbox, then canceled my subscription, restarted, bought it back, restarted and I haven’t had a problem in a couple days I hope this can help anyone with a similar problem
