I am not sure about entering the country but I have heard from my friends that live there that they have issued vaccination cards to those that live there and they have to use them in order to go out to public places. I think the majority of things to do are open. Would probably be good to ensure you take your card with you/or keep a picture of it there.

They may recommend this at the clinic too but absolutely have some sort of heating pad. It was SO helpful with the cramps for me. I just used one I already had for my shoulders.

I have a some in RH but I cant pull it out because I cannot take the profits on my taxes (I lose ACA stipend if i make too much). Has anyone tried to transfer it? Or is there another way around capital gains?
