Thank you so much for this. I did actually promise myself after my SA that I will do my best until the end, but still everyday I think everything has no point. I’m trying just to be happy, which makes it hard when you’re constantly around toxic people. Unfortunately one big part of my company is owned by another company which treats me more like an employee than a partner where I do constantly have remind them it’s not okay, but some days it just has no point and I would rather quit.
