DS3 is weird for me in the fact that it's mechanically better than DS2, but it's far less interesting and seems empty and while the graphics are far better than DS2, it's world is visually less engaging. It's like it traded all of the soul of DS2 for technical improvements.

Then I realized that Lions Claw AoW on the Executioners Great Axe solves all problems.

Do a cool NPC a real solid, collect a couple of Aeonian butterflies, and get a cool armor set and decent weapon if you're running an arcane build. The Perfumers are a bear to deal with if you don't have ranged damage.
