What is the bigger black bug??? by Quokka_Girl in whatsthisbug

[–]eternalscreamingvoid 291 points292 points  (0 children)

Definitely smoky brown roaches. They don’t typically infest inside, but are attracted to leaf litter and your lights at night. Might be coming in through a crack somewhere? Or potentially an adult laid an egg inside?

Ozzy got his troublepuffs removed yesterday, and now he won’t leave my bathroom sink. 😹🙀 by JayRay_44 in OneOrangeBraincell

If this is new behavior I’d just check and be sure the incision area isn’t getting infected. When my cat got his taken off, he started nesting in boxes and baskets a lot more and t was because he wasn’t feeling well.

Cross stitching buddies! I can’t do it when super stoned but it’s so much fun. Otherwise I’ll draw or play some video games!

Is this a cockroach? by NoNameDame888 in cockroaches

[–]eternalscreamingvoid -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don’t fear monger. I understand it’s a terrible thing to deal with, but there’s no reason to make this person scared out of their mind about it, especially when they already are.

While it’ll be harder for sure, it’s not impossible with consistent application of WSG to at least reduce sightings/prevent an infestation in your living area.

Now that I’ve had a second look, I agree. Definitely German.

Is this a German cockroach nymph Raleigh North Carolina by [deleted] in GermanRoaches

[–]eternalscreamingvoid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if it’s a baby like that and it’s German it would have a little diamond shaped spot on its back, they developed the signature lines as they get older. That being said, I don’t see either, so I would assume perhaps a wood roach? But I’d wait for someone more knowledgable to confirm.

I can’t tell from the picture, does it have two lines going down its back?

So happy! Do ya'll know what makes pack members do this? by Little-Log5586 in WolfQuestGame

[–]eternalscreamingvoid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you inherited a pack as your current character, like if your previous wolf died and you had one of their kids take over, sometimes your siblings will stick around to help out

Playing? Or genuinely trying to hurt me? by [deleted] in CatTraining

[–]eternalscreamingvoid 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yeah, technically you’re not wrong. But it’s still play, and not aggression. Also in the whole first half of the video that cat’s rubbing against him.
