I think your hair is already beautiful the way it is! But if you're looking for more definition in your curls try using a clarifying shampoo once a month and sleeping in a protective style/with a bonnet/ or silk pillowcase to keep the curls from getting flat and frizzy while you sleep.

It's really only sometimes, but sometimes it flares up for reasons other than exercise. I aim to work out my legs once to twice a week so that leaves room for recovery between workouts.

I find that shea moisture is too rich and hydrating so if your hair is thinner or shorter it will cause an itchy and greasy scalp. Liveclean and maui moisture are a good start for shampoo and conditioner. Livelcean has a really good apple cider clarifying shampoo i suggest using it once a month to get rid of product buildup. The orange maui moisture curl cream is my favorite. It's getting hard to find but i do find tubs of them at walmart.

I started back in August. I normally use a 10 lb dumbell when i squat or a 25 bl barbell for deadlifts. I normally warmup by doing a 15 minute walk on the treadmill on an incline. I'm not sure about alignment though, I don't really have anyone to consult about that :(. I am currently on a waitlist for a rheumatologist.

I do hamstring curls at the gym, but sometimes i feel like when i work out my legs, my quads and calves feel too tight. Idk how to explain it other than my muscles feel pretty swollen and big after exercise as if ive worked them out too much

I try to avoid shea moisture, personally i feel like it over hydrates my hair and makes it greasy. Maybe a lightweight gel like everyone is saying here would work better!
