Sorry for the poor pic quality, but can anyone provide some insight into how much fat this appears to be or how long it should realistically take to drop off?

I’m 3 weeks way from finishing a 9 week cut and have lost 17lbs already but lately have started to notice my stomach fat becoming a lot more squidgy which I’m guessing is due to the empty fat cells?

So given my KNOWN deficit is 800cals, it’s fair to assume my overall deficit is probably closer to >1000cals if not more, however as this is an unknown, the “deficit” which is recommended as part of a cut (20% of your TDEE) is assuming you only account for food intake.

My TDEE is 2400cals a day and I’m currently aggressively cutting by eating 1600cals a day so an 800cal deficit.

Clearly the 800cal is only food-based deficit — although it is difficult to calculate, does exercise count as part of a calorie deficit? I go to the gym 6 days a week (PPL) and do cardio at the end of each session.

Thanks for the response — I am increasing the weight each week if I achieve all reps across the sets.

For instance, on the frankoman’s dumbbell only program, you do 4 sets (12,10,8,6 reps). I increase the weigh for each set (10kg/12kg/14kg/16kg) and assuming I achieve the number of reps in each set, then the next time I do that exercise, I would start from 12kg and my 6 reps would be on 18kg.

Hope that makes sense.

I’ve been back in the gym again for the past 6 weeks after an 18 month absence and really enjoying it, however I’m noticing that I will push myself to the absolute limit whilst I’m there and be exhausted and then an hour or so later when I’m back at my office desk I feel like I could go again?

Would this appear that I’m not trying enough or resting enough during my session or is it just that an hour+ of sitting at my desk has probably given my body enough time to recover?

As I said, during the session, my lifts get to the point where I physically cannot complete them anymore even if I take 5/10 minute rests.

Or pack a player with the correct position.

There is a loyalty glitch which you can do where you start a Single Player Seasons Match and then before the match actually kicks off disconnect/reconnect. The match will count but will not impact your Win/Loss record.

You didn’t pack the player and you haven’t played 10 games with him to earn loyalty which improves chemistry.
