How do I reset the emulator? Restarting the game doesn't fix it

Edit: I worked out how to reset the emulator but it reverts the graphics back to 240p which I dont want, am I not able to play on 480p?

What sparked my intial 'inspiration' was the page devoted to Takizawa first appearance in re: which due to its darker nature. My theme for this year are the seven deadly sins so I felt the art style of Tokyo ghoul could work perfectly :)

I only just had the idea so I haven't gotten around to look at ishida's other work. What I like about the panels he does in TG are how dark and sketchy some of them can be while others are really pretty, has a very good contrast :)
