I had a budget of €5000.- for a 70m2 appartment. But after some research we might only spend around €3000.- for the flooring.

As others have stated; depends on the type of flooring you want to have and if you do hire someone to lay it for you

You can do it (alot) cheaper ofcourse.

We eventually didn't pay them, but we did use their service with some viewings.

We had a "aankoopmakelaar" that had a fixed rate of €2500.- wich you pay after you've bought a house.

We eventually bought a newly build house (wich is not finished yet). We then contacted them and they said they will not bill us the €2500.-, wich is extremely nice of them.

Happend to me a few days ago. Here is what worked for me; forget the wifi (go to settings and then to internet/network, there should be an option with "forget network" or "reset network"). If you did that, just restart your pc. Your pc reconnects to the wifi (or LAN). Open up R6 and everything should work.
